10. What is a "right to
lien" notice?
- FIRST AND FOREMOST - Equity Homebuilders
pays all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all parites are paid promptly.
- Our
documentation provides information to you regarding construction liens.
- Once a
supplier starts to provide materials to your address, they will send out a notice stating that they have the "right to
lien" your property if they are not paid for the materials supplied.
- Equity
Homebuilders takes these notices very seriously as it affects all parties involved. We have taken our own precautionary measures
to ensure that the properties we build on are protected against liens, including but not limited to, paying suppliers
DIRECTLY!
- We will gladly provide you with a list of our subcontractors for you
to call and verify that we pay our bills on time.
